Spicy Colocasia is an Indian vegetarian recipe we’ll teach you how to make. This is an easy Indian recipe that goes well with chapati or any kind of Indian bread.

Ingredients:
- 13 colocasia aka elephant ears
- 1/3 cup of corn oil
- 7 whole red chili
- 1 green chili
- ½ tablespoon of crushed red peppers
- ½ tablespoon of carom seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel and chop colocasia.
- Set frying pan heat to high. Add oil.
- Add carom seeds, crushed red peppers, and whole red peppers. Stir.
- Add colocasia. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
- Add salt. Cut and add the green chilies. Stir.
- Add 1 ½ cup of water. Stir.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes on medium heat making sure to stir the pan every so often.
- Serve with an Indian bread like chapati.
