Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken already washed and cut
- ½ cup of corn oil
- 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 carrots
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 10-15 green beans cut into smaller pieces
- 1 cup of corns
- 1 cup of peas
- 10-12 cups of water
Cooking Instructions:
- Add ½ cup of oil to pan. Heat on high.
- Add chicken to pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Once oil is simmering, reduce heat to a lower temperature. Spices will burn if the heat is left on high for too long.
- Cook chicken for five minutes on stove.
- Add cooked chicken mix to a slower cooker.
- Add all vegetables.
- Add 10-12 cups of water.
- Cook soup on high in the slow cooker for at least 5 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
